Legal Bricks takes up an interesting case

Legal Bricks conducted quite an interesting case before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras on the 23rd of February. Our client is a financier, who had advanced a substantial loan amount to the producers of the Tamil movie in question on the pledging of the negative rights of the movie in favour of our client. Attempts are made by the producers to release the movie without repayment of entire loan amount. The Hon’ble High Court posted the case and directed the producers to appear before the Hon’ble Court. A final decision will be taken by the Hon’ble High Court over the release of the movie.
