Legal Bricks goes up against illegal construction

On behalf of our law firm, we appeared in a case before the First Bench of Hon’ble High Court of Madras. The case is against the illegal construction put up by the builder in deviation of planning approval. No parking space was allotted or reserved in the apartment complex constructed by the opposite party, the builder. Our client is the resident of neighbouring apartment, affected over the parking problem and the drainage system of the new apartment complex.

The Hon’ble High Court of Madras took serious view of the violation of the planning approval by the builder and order notices to the Commissioner, Chennai Corporation, to the Builder and posted the case for further hearing on 28.02.2017.
